Your decadent day of dining starts by being collected in a luxury Mercedes Benz and taken to the internationally acclaimed 3 Chefs Hatted Brae Restaurant where you will indulge in one of Dan Hunters memorable degustation experiences. Enroute to Brae you will visit 2 had picked wineries for a premium tasting experience that complements the dining experience you are about to receive.

The wineries visited are part of the Brae story and one of the local hand picked wineries that are on their menu. You can chat with the winemaker and discover how their wines became selected by one of the worlds best restaurants and how it keeps in step with Dan’s philosophy of locally sourced and premium quality.

Once you have dined at the critically acclaimed Brae restaurant, sit back and relax in comfort and let the return journey unfold as we take you back to your hotel or residence.

Brae Sittings

Lunch: 1.30pm Friday – Monday

Dinner: 5.00pm Thursday only

Thursday: Make your day even more memorable and travel across the bay to Geelong / Bellarine on the ferry where you meet your guide and luxury vehicle to transport you to Brae. Enjoy the wineries on your way and then return to your hotel or residence after your meal by vehicle. You will return approx 9.00-10.00pm

Overnight

Treat yourselves and stay overnight in one of the many excellent accommodation venues near Brae and return the next day after a day of wine touring and exploring. Tour the Bellarine Peninsula or Great Ocean Road and then return back to your residence. Contact us for our overnight package stays
