Covid19 Lockdown Policy
If you are prevented to start your tour due to a government initiative restricting your travel, or required to quarantine, then your tour will be converted to a gift voucher to be rescheduled to another date. This is available for up to 12months. If after 12 months from the original date of travel you have not been able to reschedule then you will be refunded in full.
Booking Deposit
To book your tour a deposit of $ 400.00 is required to secure your booking. Your tour is not confirmed until the deposit is paid. The balance of the tour is required 1 week prior to departure. If any cancellation or refunds are applied they are taken from the deposit.
Cancellation policy – Standard
These cancellations fee’s occur if you cancel the tour.
8-14 Days = 20% Fee
3-7Â Â Day = 50% Fee or reschedule*. (*Rescheduling is at the discretion of Great Private Tours. We will always try to reschedule if dates allow.)
0 -72 Hrs = 0.0% refund
Cancellation Policy Fly Drive & Dine
The Fly Drive & Dine is subject to weather conditions and may not be able to operate on the day scheduled. If the Seaplane Flight component is cancelled due to poor conditions you will be offered an alternative Helicopter flight, or ground based vehicle tour. The difference in price will be refunded to you. If the Helicopter flight is more you will be informed and given the option to pay the difference.
Weather Limitations – Flights
Flights cancelled or postponed due to weather will be considered a cancellation by Great Private Tours on safety grounds and will not be charged and a refund, or credit voucher is offered.
As safety is our primary consideration Great Private Tours and its contractors will take a conservative approach and restrict or cancel flight operations in inclement or marginal weather. Weather conditions associated with poor visibility, low cloud, extreme winds, low light levels and thunderstorms present circumstances that may limit or restrict flight.
Great Private Tours will make every effort to advise clients in advance of forecast weather conditions that may restrict flight operations. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of the potential for delay or cancellation in order to provide clients with as much time as possible for alternative transport to be arranged or to reschedule as necessary.
The most accurate aviation forecast for the following days weather is issued after 4:00pm the day prior. The observed weather conditions and updated forecasts are not available until the morning of the intended flights
Termination of tour policy
All passengers are to abide by all instructions given to you before and during the tour by your guide/pilot. The tour can be terminated, or your right to participate in the tour, in the event that you fail to comply with any such instructions that your behavior disrupts the tour or threatens the safety of its participants. You will not be entitled to a refund.

Assignment.

However, you shall not be permitted to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms. We also reserve the right to change or modify the vehicle if the need arises.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Victoria for the resolution of any disputes.
