Start the day by being picked up by your expert guide and driven through the beautiful Huon Valley region where we board the Kettering Ferry to start our gourmet adventure of Bruny Island. Along with the fabulous food delicacies the island is rich with Aboriginal tradition and natural beauty that you will fall in love with. Your day will be planned around selecting which food and wilderness adventures to embark on.

Meet your great guide who will take you south east to the Kettering Ferry terminal to cross over to Bruny Island. On the drive down discuss what your gourmet options are and make any additions to your day.
8.50am - 9.15am Ferry Ride

Take the ferry over to Bruny Island, hear about its unique history and arrive ready for your planned day. Ferry price included in your tour costs.

Get Shucked is locally owned and operated by young entrepeneur Joe Bennett with the support of his partner Nicole at Great Bay Bruny Island. In 2004 the farm was purchased as a barely going concern and Get Shucked was created. Now established as a well known business offering a unique brand promoting the nutritional and health benefits of our pure product and the pleasurable experience derived by eating oysters.
