We return via Mt Nelson signal station to hear about the complex signal flags and enjoy a lunch overlooking the Derwent Harbour.

Start the day by being picked up by your expert guide and driven through the beautiful suburbs of Battery Point and Sandy Bay and then onwards towards the top of Mt. Wellington for spectacular view overlooking Hobart enjoying a warming cup of Hot Chocolate at the summit.
Descending down the Mountain we take you over the Derwent river to start your winery tour of the Coal River Valley where you will sample some of the finest regional wines and enjoy a 2-3 course meal at renown winery. The region boasts many providores, cheese makers, distilleries which we can visit at your request.
After lunch enjoy walking through the historic old town of Richmond, famous for its historic bridge and Goal and old worldly charms. You can walk the street and take in the 18th century architecture and arts and crafts stores. Either stay longer and enjoy the towns ambience or more wine tasting in the region, or return via Staphano Lubiano Winery and complete a scenic circuit drive of Coal Valley and Derwent river and return to Hobart,
This tour can be focused on exploring wineries or a combination of wineries and sight seeing. You decide on the day.
